GENERAL DELIVERY INFO

All orders are delivered by DPD, ROYAL MAIL (UK) DPD, DHL (International).

 

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

 

Once you placed an order, you would receive a confirmation email with the order number that the purchase was successful. After your order is shipped , we will send you a confirmatory email.

 

We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.

 

Whilst checking out via our website as once your order has been placed, we cannot edit, change or cancel the purchase.

If you have a BARBARA BECHTA account, make sure you’re signed in and select ‘My Returns’ in your Account. If you do not have an account, please contact us with the contact form (check below) or contact us bechtabarbara@gmail.com .

We are unable to take responsibility for the loss or damage of any items shipped via a service of your choosing and recommend that you use a tracked and insured option, as well as retaining proof of sending. Please send your items to:

BARBARA BECHTA RETURN POLICY

When you place an order on barbarabechta.com, you are welcome to return any item(s)within 14 days of delivery.Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

 

Items must be undamaged and returned in their original condition and box,that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached especially with tag-IF REMOVED NO RETURNS,strongly recommend do not remove this tag as returs won't be accepted at all.

 

Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country.

 

Once the items have been received it will go through a quality review. Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the cost at purchase price with the original shipping cost directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. 

We do not refund initial shipping charges such as: duties, taxes or tariffs for items returned, other than for faulty items.

 

Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed. 

 

All products marked as Final Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.

 

Please note that returning your order is at your own cost.

All prices are shown in UK pounds.

 

Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions, public holidays and over the Christmas period.

 

All deliveries must be signed for(ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery),the delivery address must be correct otherwise cannot take responsibilities for an missing item that has been sent to address provided.

 

Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or public holidays.(Monday-Friday only)

 

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
